EMF Exposure: Understanding the Potential Health Effects
What is EMF? EMF, or electromagnetic fields, are frequencies that occur both naturally and from human-made sources such as power lines, cell phones, microwaves, WiFi
TENS vs. TENNANT BIOMODULATOR TECHNOLOGY COMPARISON
The Tennant BioModulator technology is frequently mistaken for conventional TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) units. Our Tennant BioModulator devices are FDA-approved as micro-current devices for the symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable, post-surgical, and post-traumatic pain. The average TENS unit does not have the same unique output signature that the Tennant BioModulators has.
The TENS devices first were made in the 1930s with electrical signals that the body would quickly become used to after repeated usage. The pain relief was also short-lasting, and the technology eventually became obsolete, although is sometimes still used today. Then, through the 1970s and beyond, the second and third generations of these units were developed to reduce habituation and extend the duration of pain relief.
This brings us to the present and fourth generation. Senergy uses innovative reaction-controlled electro-stimulator technology in our FDA-approved Tennant BioModulator PLUS and PRO devices. They contain unique frequency sets that produce microcurrent electrical impulses, which are transmitted by electrodes in the device through the skin to interface with the body’s internal peripheral nervous system for the purpose of therapeutic intervention. System feedback is the body’s response to the stimulus, and the technology’s ability to detect, measure, analyze, and respond to the body. With each response, the electrical properties of the tissue change. The device detects the change and responds, resulting in the very next signal being modified.
In other words, the BioModulators have the capability of delivering specific current “frequencies” to the cell(s) by first measuring what the specific tissue needs. That way, the unique individual needs of cells can be met, which reduces habituation significantly and extends pain-relief results.
The Tennant BioModulator’s ability to communicate intelligently between the tissue and the device is what sets it apart from a conventional TENS unit, which usually just feeds the same type of signal one-way into the tissue, without adjustments. TENS units can even cause burning of the skin due to the relentless high-intensity, while the BioModulators microcurrents are much gentler and rarely are felt by the user.
When you do anything to the body consistently over time, it adapts, which is not what you want when attempting to treat pain. With the Tennant BioModulator, not only will you experience longer-lasting (and more effective) pain relief immediately, but over time as well.
