Suggested Use

Dr. Tennant’s Restore  – Mix ½ scoop to 1 full scoop in 8-12 ounces of liquid such as non-chlorinated water, milk, almond or coconut milk, juice or in your favorite smoothie. Stir, shake or blend until well dissolved. Enjoy right away. 

• Before opening, store in a cool, dry place and protect from heat and light. 
• Refrigerate after opening 
• Best to use in morning or earlier in the day to avoid interfering with sleep
• Take 1-2 hours away from prescription medications.

Dr. Tennant’s Lugol’s Iodine Plus Capsules – Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 1-2 hours away from prescription medications.

Dr. Tennant’s Digestive Enzyme Formula – 2-3 capsules for large meals and 1 capsule for small meals or snacks

Dr. Tennant’s Raw Materials Capsules – 2 Capsules per day for regular maintenance. 

• Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the mid-afternoon. 
• Take 30 minutes away from prescription medications.
• Do not take with chlorinated water. 

Neo40® – Take 2 tablets per day during the restoration or “loading” phase (when first begin taking it). Take each tablet 12 hours apart. After 30-45 days, take one tablet daily.
